Brock saved my butt when I had to have a medical procedure and needed to recuperate but the furnace decided to not work - when the part would be crazy expensive because it was a holiday he brought space heaters to get me through the night and arrived the next day to fix the problem - highly recommend for the customer service and efficiency - thank you Brock
